Affirmation: I am able to live my life to the fullest without regretting the past or worrying about the future.

Learning mindfulness exercises was one of the best things I did with my life. With my mental illnesses in addition to my physical illnesses, there needs to be a sense of balance and understanding between the two. I worry about the future. A lot. I’ve regretted the past. A lot. But I can’t change either. Instead, I must keep my mind to the present and make life as fulfilling as I possibly can!
